This was our third time to attend a Renegade Certification. It was helt at Fitness Edge in Milford, CT. It was a lot of fun, and the area is nice. We gained a lot more knowledge to aid us as we work with the team members on their programs. Danny Dring with LDMA Sherwood also attended.

On a side note, these were not my best photos, but at least it shows you some of what we were up to!
