Shelby traveled with us to the Carlos Machado TX BJJ Invitationals. She had only been training an extremely short while. However she wanted to compete. She came in more than usual and did a lot of extra work on the side. She fought 2 matches. We were extremely proud to see her out there, especially since she was able to use a lot of the things she learned in her private lessons. We have no doubt that with her work ethic and dedication, Shelby will be an awesome competitor.
