Alex came with us to the Arnold World Grappling Championships. He spent a lot of time training for this. He came extra some nights, and others he stayed after class to do drills and work on a competition strategy. He also worked his conditioning.

He did great in the No Gi, winning 3rd Place in a division of tough kids.

He also got to see Arnold himself, as well as a lot of other neat things going on at the Arnold World Expo. The even took place in Ohio.
