We had a great time training with Master Robson Moura at a Relson Gracie Affiliate here in Houston, Texas. The focus of the seminar was escapes and submissions from side control. Robson showed a lot of valuable details to make the escapes, position and submissions work best. Afterwards we got in a little grappling.
