Jory was proud to be invited to teach a Seminar for Joel Newton's group at Conway MMA. The seminar consisted of Gi and No Gi sections. We began with a lot of gi work, including sweeps and chokes. We took a break for lunch and ate at Blackwood's Grill, which had some excellent Gyros. We then returned for a No Gi seminar including Butterfly Guard and X Guard Techniques.

Ovearall it was a great training session, and we had over 20 people in attendance. Several people received stripes on their belts.
