NAGA North American Championships 11.28.06
Team Revolution again made history as Arkansas' First Team to hit the NAGA North American Championships. It was a long drive for us, as the competition was held in Connecticut. Preston Fleeman competed first in the Kids Division. He won 3rd Place in the Gi division, beating out some kids with much more time in Training, and keeping with our winning streak that every child REVOLUTION has taken to a competition has placed! Way to go Preston.
Jory competed in the No Gi and got 2nd due to an ankle injury via heel hook in the finals.
Abby won the Women's No Gi Division. For the Gi she stepped up and competed in the Purple Belt division, winning her first match and losing in the finals to a Loyd Irvin Purple Belt.
Overall this was a great competition. It had over 1200 competitors, making it the largest competition we have attended to date.
On another note, you will only find 3 photos in this gallery. I travelled all the way up there and opened my camera bag to find I had left the camera. NAGA was nice enough to put these photos on their website for me!
