Congrats to Revolution's own Charles Smith!!
Revolution's own, Charles Smith, recently traveled to Los Angeles, California to compete in the 2010 International Novice/ World Championships competition in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Charlie's performance is a testament to the training at Revolution.
Charlie placed first in the Master's Super Heavy division. He trained hard for this competition, training several hours a day and traveling with us to train many times with Robson Moura a 7x World Champion with Nova Uniao. Charlie also attended the Nova Uniao training camp with Jory and Abby in Dallas, Texas where they got to train with other black belts from the team including: Bruno Bastos, 6x World Champion Rodrigo Feijao, and many more.
The hard training paid off for Charlie and we are all proud of his success.
When he's not doing BJJ, Charlie works full time for the National Guard.
