We just spent 2 1/4 days of our lives in a car recently experiencing the great western United States and the Desert. It took a full 2 weeks to recover from that :)

We did have a great time at the Second No Gi World Championships. Everyone from Revolution won some matches and had an excellent performance. Joel from Conway MMA also had his first tournament experience and had an excellent performance as well. Congrats to him and we look forward to competing with him in the future. Abby brought home a Bronze from her Division! Kris fought a giant. While Kris has lost a considerable amount of weight and leaned up, he's still 6'4, and take a look at his opponent! Supposedly he was over 500 lbs. Gas prices in the desert are through the roof! Probably because there is no choice....
